Next section of buildings beginning: Feb 13, 2012 – Mar 30, 2012: # 23, 24, 28, 29
Remaining Valley Vista buildings along with building #45 on Rovey will begin June 2012. The recommendation from the asphalt vendor was to do the buildings before redoing the parking lots. The parking lots will be slurry sealed in the fall after the building project is done. Valley Vista residents will receive a notice on their exact dates when we get closer.
Landscape
All the dead and lackluster plants will be removed.
The large amounts of clover will be treated and removed to allow for better growth and a more appealing winter lawn.
Landscape renovations will continue around the buildings that have already been renovated.
Common Areas
New signs are being created to replace the worn Villas Scottsdale signs at the entrances.
The spa is being remodeled this spring.
Additional pool furniture will be added this summer.
