Villas Scottsdale II
Homeowners Association

Villas Scottsdale II is a townhouse community consisting of 260 units, tucked in a quiet residential area, yet is only minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment.

Our community is spread out over 8 acres of landscape and features 2 pools and a spa.

We are located on the northwest corner of Hayden and McDonald Drives in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. Our community is 8 miles northeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 6 miles south of Scottsdale Airpark with convenient access to AZ State Routes 67, 101 and 202.

For those families with children, our community is served by the Scottsdale Unified School District. Children in Kindergarten through sixth grade attend Pueblo Elementary while those in grades seventh and eighth attend Mohave Middle School. High school students attend Saguaro High School.
